This is an intensive one day programme where regional managers, store managers and customer service champions within an organisation are fully introduced to the skills, techniques and principles within You Are The Difference. Each delegate is also shown how to successfully deliver the programme within a store environment through the use of the coaching pack which includes the "Just Looking Thanks!" book/guide and coaching DVD.

- A full presentation of both sessions i.e.
1. You Are The Difference (main session)
2. The Role of the Manager in You Are The Difference
- Introduction to the coaching pack and the sharing of best practice on how to keep the programme alive long term.
- Coaching on how to set up and successfully deliver the DVD session within a store.
