Mystery Shopping
In committing to provide all our clients with the complete customer service coaching package we have now launched Mystery Shopping as a new and exciting addition to our range of services.

Developed to work in partnership with the You Are The Difference customer service coaching programme clients are provided with a detailed report showing the level of customer service found in a store based purely on the programmes main skills and shop floor techniques.The mystery shopping feedback form which is completed after every store visit has a % total set against each technique experienced by the mystery shopper (as per example). In addition a short comment on the overall in-store shopping experience and any future coaching recommendations if required is also provided. The report form can also be produced with the organisations individual logo (as per example).
Our mystery shopping manager Gini Blesky is available to discuss with clients, regional managers and store managers any points raised from the mystery shop visit/report and to give any coaching advice.
As part of an on-going customer service initiative for Realm Property and Asset Managers our team of experienced mystery shoppers are regularly visiting over 600 stores at eight major outlet shopping centres throughout the UK. _____________________________________________________________________________
